Health insurance education, for medical professionals.

Introduction

RISE educate thousands of medical professionals with face to face training at their conferences, which are held throughout the year.
Working with us was their first foray into the world of e-learning.

The Challenge

RISE wanted us to take their existing PowerPoint decks, which were used for their face to face training and transformed them into engaging interactive e-learning modules.

What I did?

With the help of two instructional designers, who helped break down the dense content we were given into short modules for their learners. I took the content and created a clean, minimal visual direction. Along with designing everything the learner saw, I also created interactions, illustrations and used subtle animations to enhance the learning experience.

We completed the project on time and on budget. We delivered the modules, which were showcased at their annual conference. They proved to be a massive success among their clients as Ellen Wofford managing director for healthcare and education for RISE explains:

“The e-learning demos were a HUUUUUGE HIT!…  There was great interest from the sponsors wanting to run their sales or operations teams through the e-learning and certification options.
